WHITE PASTA TOP 250gr
Ready to use sugar paste designed specifically for covering cakes.
It is extremely elastic and tear resistant: easy to achieve a professional result even with very thin thicknesses (it can be used as thin as 1 mm without cracking) and easily withstands temperature changes. Ideal for use in humid conditions.
It is recommended to work the paste by hand before use for at least two minutes in order to make it elastic and workable. If this is not enough, it is recommended to heat it briefly in a microwave oven (700 WATT) for a maximum of 10 seconds.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, rice starch, humectant: sorbitol (E420); stabilizer: tragacanth (E413), glycerol (E422); high oleic sunflower oil, color: titanium dioxide (E171); preservative: potassium sorbate (E202); acid: citric acid (E330)
It is suitable for hot and humid climates. It is workable without problems even at temperatures above 30°C and high humidity levels.
Pasta Top can also be used for cakes that require refrigerated storage.
It can be coloured with fat-soluble powder or gel food colouring.
It has a delicate vanilla aroma that enhances its sweet flavour, perfectly complementing that of the cake.

White chocolate modelling paste. Product in paste form (variable with temperature).
Colour and taste typical of dark chocolate. Perfect for cake decorating and modelling design pieces.
- Before use work the product in order to obtain a soft elastic pliable consistency.
- If product is too hard to work it can be placed in a microwave for 5/10 seconds and heated gently to make softer
- The product is to be stored in a cool and dry place and shielded from direct light

Sculpting Paste - 1kg
Saracino Pasta Scultura chocolate paste is a fantastic solution for anyone who wants to achieve invisible joints in their modelling and sculpting.
The consistency is beautiful and thanks to its properties it opens up completely new possibilities.
When worked the paste feels quite soft so it easily covers large surfaces with perfect blending and molding made easy.
The consistency is characteristic of sculptural mass such as clay and it gives the possibility of blending without visible joints.
In contrast to joints formed using sugar pastes, which are often flexible, Pasta Scultura immediately remembers the shape, this is particularly important when modelling the form based on photos. It is a very forgiving medium to work with and mistakes are easily re-worked and rectified.
Pasta Scultura is ideal for sculptures like traditional modelling chocolate, but it contains less oils, which makes it possible to colour dust or paint in a short time after completion of the model.
