Colorings

Rainbow Dust's food Pens are filled with edible ink. The Pens have a standard pen style 2.5mm nib which can be used for standard work and a fine 0.5mm nib for the fine detail such as adding facial features and intricate details. (Boxed 1).

Ingredients: Glycerol E422, Propylene Glycol E551, Food colouring E133. Fat-free, Nut-free, Gluten-free, Kosher.

Ingredients: colour (titanium dioxide E171, brilliant blue FCF E133).

Main methods of usage:

• with dry paint brush into dry surface: easy way to color or decorate,
• shading, toning, spreading: nice tool to create gradients,
• thinned with alcohol: to paint, to get nice contours, sharp colors,
• knead it to your fondant or paste to color it easily,
• luster and metal dusts: applied on the surface, it results in an elegant and unique glimmer,
• coloring chocolate: add it to melted white chocolate.

Color material content: 50 %.

Maximum usable dose:

• In case of filling: 0,6 g/kg
• In case of decoration, coating: 2,22 g/kg

To color your preparations, just add the fat-soluble food coloring directly into the mass, and mix well so that the pigments are distributed evenly.

Store in its properly closed packaging in a cool, dry place.

Food coloring for use in food products and the doses established in Regulation (EU) No. 1129/2011 of 11 November 2011 and Regulation (EU) No 380/2012 of 3 May 2012.

- Lipo confectionery: 300 mg / kg of finished product
