Spectral Concentrated Paste Colours give marzipan and fondant beautiful natural colours.

Instructions: colour in small amount by applying the paste with a clean cocktail stick or something like it, then knead well until the marzipan/fondant is fully coloured. Add more paste colour for a richer colour.

The Wilton Icing Color Red no taste is a concentrated food colouring paste. This red colouring is suitable to colour buttercream, marzipan, fondant, gum paste, icing, batter, cookie dough and much more. The colours can also be mixed to create your own colour. Then colour 2 pieces of fondant separate and mix them together.

Instructions for use: use a cocktail stick to take some colouring from the jar. Use a clean stick every time you add more colouring and wipe it on your marzipan or fondant. For a deeper colour, simply add more colouring. Knead well to colour evenly, knead less for a marbled effect.
