Main methods of usage:

• Suitable only for min. 0,3mm nozzle.
• It provides a very elegant, festive and charming appearance to your desserts or figures.
• Shake well before use.

Ingredients: water, colour (titanium dioxide E171, brilliant blue FCF E133, carmoisine E122*), thickener (xanthan gum E415), preservative (sodium benzoate E211), acid (citric acid E330), flavouring.

*May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Color material content: 3,32 %.

Storage: protected from light.

Use as food additive.

Maximum usable dose:

• In case of filling: 9,03 g/kg
• In case of decoration, coating: 15,96 g/kg
