Ingredients: water, colour (titanium dioxide E171, carmoisine E122*, brilliant blue FCF E133), thickener (xanthan gum E415), preservative (sodium benzoate E211), acid (citric acid E330), flavouring.

Main methods of usage:

• Suitable only for min. 0,3mm nozzle.
• It provides a very elegant, festive and charming appearance to your desserts or figures.
• Shake well before use.

Color material content: 2,78 %.

Maximum usable dose:

• In case of filling: 10,8 g/kg
• In case of decoration, coating: 19,65 g/kg
