How to make a writing cone?

• When filling, make sure you aim for the center of the cone. You can fill with chocolate or royal icing.
• To close the cone, fold the edges inwards to tighten the weld, and use scissors to cut the tip of the cone according to the desired flow.

Tips:

• A prickly tip is a sign of a tight cornet
• If your cone doesn't fall apart when dropped, it's tight and ready to use.
