Ingredients: calcium carbonate E170, colour (quinoline yellow E104*, ponceau 4R E124*, indigo carmine E132), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide E551), colour (sunset yellow FCF E110*).

Average expiry time: 5 years from production.

Maximum usable dose:

In case of filling: 6,17 g/kg
In case of decoration, coating: 6,1 g/kg

Main methods of usage:

• with dry paint brush into dry surface: easy way to color or decorate,
• shading, toning, spreading: nice tool to create gradients,
• thinned with alcohol: to paint, to get nice contours, sharp colors,
• knead it to your fondant or paste to color it easily,
• luster and metal dusts: applied on the surface, it results in an elegant and unique glimmer,
• coloring chocolate: add it to melted white chocolate.
