LORANN BAKERY EMULSION - BANANA 118ML
Lemon Baking Emulsion uses only natural lemon oil to provide a bright, bold citrus flavor. Great for cookies, cakes, frostings, fillings, and desserts.
Emulsions are water-based, alcohol-free alternatives to extracts. Instead of using alcohol, the flavor is micro encapsulated in natural stabilizers and suspended in water. Use in any recipe as you would an extract - and experience better results! The encapsulation enables the flavor to not lose its integrity when exposed to high heat.
Ingredients: water, propylene glycol, natural and artificial flavouring, gum.
May contain traces of: egg, peanuts, soy, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.

Timut pepper is native to Nepal. It has seduced the greatest pastry chefs and chefs with its exceptional aromas, such as Cédric Grolet's galette des rois 2018 with a timut pepper frangipane, or the golden scallops with timut pepper from Eric Briffard.
On the nose, timut pepper has aromas of grapefruit, yuzu, citrus and has a very fresh scent. On the palate, this pepper is very spicy, with a good length in the mouth, with very fresh notes of yuzu and grapefruit.
Timut pepper is used in various recipes, in lemon madeleines, rhubarb pie, associated with citrus fruits or vanilla ... It is very appreciated with shellfish and fish for savory dishes.
You can use whole peppercorns as an "infusion" in preparations, or grind it in a pepper mill to incorporate it into your preparations.
