This edible glue from JEM is very useful when attaching parts of marzipan and/or fondant to each other, or directly onto a cake firmly. Also very suitable for 3D modelling.
How to use: Apply with a fine brush. Stir before use, store refrigerated in a dark space after opening. Always use a clean brush each time the bottle is opened. Not working with clean materials or storing incorrectly can reduce shelf life.
Ingredients: CMC, saccharide, corn starch, water.
