SUGARPLUS - Isomalt for decoration 0,5 kg

Once melted until clear, either in the microwave or over a heat source, the isomalt can be used to create sugar structures, be used for pulled sugar work or to create sugar glass for biscuit centres. Melted isomalts can also be used in moulds which are suitable for molten sugar.
