Intended Area of Usage: Used in general purpose human nutrition, in ice creams, edible ices, pastry dough, creams, jellies, cookie dough, all confectioneries, desserts and light bakery products.
Type of Usage : This product is 1/30 concentrated product. 30-70 g is added to 1 kg  of ice cream. It can be use in pastry as much as required.
Storing Conditions: It should be stored in its original packaging, 20-22º C under dry conditions and direct sunlight should be avoided.
